Payment Policy

All Yoga classes are ongoing. All students must be registered for classes in advance. Download Client History Form here. Fill it out and bring to your first class (usually our Introductory Class, held one Saturday each month).

Payment for class is for each calendar month. Payment is due at the end of each month for the following month. Payment is due by the 1st day of the month to hold your class space. If payment is received by ongoing students after the 1st day of the month for that month class cost will be $65 for the month to take 1 class per week, $115 for the month to take 2 classes per week.

New students to Glenmore can pro-rate class fees when beginning mid-month.

Payments may be made in person or mailed to 10442 Ridgefield Parkway, Richmond, Va. 23233. Cash, checks, debit and credit are accepted.

Make-up Class Policy

Classes may be made up at any time during the calendar month of purchase. Unused classes in a given month may be taken up to two weeks into the following month. The monthly payment entitles students to take either 4 or 5 classes per month depending on the number of days in the month. For example if you are scheduled for Tuesday 5 PM class, and there are 5 Tuesdays in the month, you will be entitled to take 5 classes that month.

Students may make-up their class in another class at the same level that they are taking. For instance Gentle Yoga students would make-up in another Gentle class.  Students may drop-in to take their make-up class without calling. Please let the teacher know if you are making up a class. Make-up spaces are available on the first come, first served basis. Drop-in students should remain in the lounge until class begins to determine if there is ample space. The maximum number of students in our Large studio is 20. The Small studio maximum is 14.
