Introductory Yoga – Call for information
Yin Yoga – Saturday September 11 - 2 – 4 pm. Yin yoga is a quiet practice based on taoism and chinese meridian theory. Poses are held from 3 to 5 minutes allowing muscles to become soft and connective tissue lengthened. With Linda Joynes, RYT-200.
