The 200 Hour Teacher Training Program is designed for students who have been practicing yoga for a minimum of two years and wish to become a yoga instructor while deepening their understanding of yoga.

Cost and Location
The Program will be held at Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center, Richmond, Virginia. The cost is $2,600 includes a $100 deposit and four incremental payments of $625 to be paid on September 1st, November 1st, January 1st, and March 1st. A discounted rate of $2,500 is available if paid in full prior to beginning the program. Financial assistance may be available.
Dates and Times
Class will meet Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm-9:30 pm for 9 months which includes evening classes and one final weekend. Each student will observe and/or assist in twenty yoga classes at Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center.
Program Application
Download and complete the 200-hour Application Form. A deposit of $100 to hold your space must be included with your Forms. You will be notified by telephone and by mail if you have been accepted into the program. If not, your check will be refunded.
Program Requirements
Students are responsible for reading the books and articles listed in the Reading List and completing the corresponding study guides prior to the corresponding class. Study guides and the books to be discussed should be brought to each class. Study guides will be reviewed for completeness during each class. Students will be reviewed based on completion of study guides, class participation, enthusiasm and understanding of materials covered.
The goal of the 500-Hour Advanced Glenmore Yoga Teacher Training Program is to provide an ever-higher level of understanding of yoga, refine teaching skills, increase the creative edge in yoga practice and teaching, and to offer inspiration for teachers to pass to their students. Students submit a 500-hour Program Application Form with a registration fee of $400 for acceptance into the program. The program consists of independent courses or modules which may be selected based on personal interest of advanced study but must meet the below listed minimum number of hours in each area; a teaching requirement of 100 Hours; and a supervised practicum. Glenmore 500-Hour program meets the 500-Hour requirements of Yoga Alliance.

Certification of Participation
Glenmore will provide a Certificate of Participation for each completed individual course. The certificates can be used toward the 500-hour certification as well as for continuing education.
Payment
Each course requires full payment with registration. The courses will fill on a first-come, first-served basis; each course fee includes a $25 Non Refundable Registration Fee.
