Director and Co-Owner

Nancy Glenmore Tatum MS, CMT, E-RYT 500 - Nancy has practiced and taught Hatha Yoga since 1970 and opened the first dedicated yoga center in Richmond in 1999. Nancy is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 500-hour Experienced Yoga Instructor and is the Director and co-owner of Glenmore Yoga & Wellness Center. Nancy holds an MS in Gerontology and Adult Education. She is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor through the Himalayan Institute and is a member of the Himalayan Institute Teacher’s Association and the International Yoga Therapy Association. Nancy is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in therapeutic massage. In addition to a 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training program Nancy has created a program to prepare yoga instructors to teach therapeutic yoga specifically to older adults. Nancy currently teaches the Introductory Class and Levels 1, 2 and 3, Gentle and Ageless classes. Nancy also co-teaches the Teachers Training Program for Yoga Teachers.


Kevin Casey, CMT, E-RYT 500 - Kevin began practicing yoga from books as a student in the 1970’s. He began teaching in 2001 and was certified by the Himalayan Institute in 2003, is registered with Yoga Alliance and is a member of the Himalayan Institute Teachers Association. He is also a nationally certified massage therapist and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Kevin co-teaches the Teachers Training Program for Yoga Teachers and teaches Meditative Yoga classes.

Center Manager

Kathleen Baker RYT-200, BSBA - Kathleen earned her degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where she majored in marketing and management. She has four teenage daughters and coordinates their activities with the same incredible organizational skills and pleasant nature she has brought to Glenmore. Kathleen is a certified yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance. She specializes in teaching Yoga for Tweens, Teens, and Yoga for Scouts.
